2019 Release Wave 2 Plan and May Updates for Microsoft Flow

Today we are announcing the availability of the 2019 Release Wave 2 Plan, which covers the main investments coming in October. Additionally, in the past month we’ve made a number of improvements to Flow: build your flows inside of Visio, there are now triggers available in the Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations connector, and there are many improvements in Approvals. Building an ecosystem of open source connectors

We continue to release connectors for Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Flow taking the number of connectors available to over 250. As the number grows, we would like to empower the wider community to maintain these connectors. We now open source our connectors on GitHub. Our ability to open source connectors is made possible through two new exciting features: the Microsoft Power Platform Connectors CLI can be used to download, create, or update any custom connector and template-based policies can be used to modify the runtime behaviors for custom connectors.

Nine new connectors in April and improved visibility into trigger failures

You can now see problems with triggers on the flow properties page — making it easy to find out why your flow isn’t triggering. There are nine new connectors this month including Microsoft Forms Pro. Also, learn about the technical preview of custom controls in business process flows and connectors that have been deprecated in the April release.

Adaptive cards for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Flow US Government now available

There is a new action for Microsoft Teams that posts an adaptive card to a channel. Microsoft Flow US Government is generally available, which supports compliance with US government requirements for cloud services. In addition, there are six new connectors available this month and we have streamlined the creation experience for business process flows.
